Flag or Report Spammers on Steemit

I've got 0.001 SBD from @thepunisher and i am searching the Flag, or Report user as Spammer without success. From my point of view steem^❤ need this function

When i am looking @thepunisher's transfers i see he started spamming the steem^❤ blockchain with porn links and supporting other bots and this can be she because the used names are really similar: @joanaltres, @jones420

Another strange thing the list of 91 followers are abandoned low-reputation users. Where are the witnesses!?
