Bookmarklet to create well formatted Markdown Links from everywhere

Many people asking me how i create markdown links quickly and easily, with many other useful tricks.. here's how:

HowTo

1. just paste this code to the URL section of one of your bookmark on your bookmark bar
2. go to the desired Page
3. press the Bookmarklet
4. Cut/Copy [Ctrl+X]/[Ctrl+C] the text from the prompt
5. [Escape] to hide the prompt
