There is no way to know what the max authoring reward is because after you have 500SP you can control your vote power with the slider. You would need every single user to vote at 100% power to find that out. You will not convince every single person on steemit to set their voting power to max and then vote on this single post.

No. The implication is you are begging for upvotes on a post that has no real content and no real reason to be upvoted. There are people who can upvote well over 100$ with a full power upvote. Do you think this post is worth that upvote? A better question is will they think this post is worth that upvote? They won't think that because you have not offered the community anything of value in this post.
