People always like to see information about births, marriages and deaths. If you set up a second profile on steem you could host a second group of people who just live in your neighbourhood. Once you develop a readership you might approach some of the local retailers to place advertisements. If you are not interested in this, perhaps you might persuade one of your friends to consider it.
