weku already has the old blockchain running with a new coin. Would your blockchain run similar to this?
We may have to, this is THEIR choice not ours! We had NO intention to leave but this upgrade FUCKS up the entire system not just Shadowbot but ALL engagement and reasons to even hold STEEM.
The new fork would be the REAL steem we knew and loved. All accounts would resume exactly where they are but with the OLD rules that we all agreed to and knew WORKED! RC plugin would be deactivated and the old VP/Bandwidth system restored so we can all engage fairly and actually have a platform we love! @ned and his team changed the rules on us all for no reason over night and these rule changes now clearly show the system is limited and only for the rich... How can you scale a blockchain and social platform when only those with over $10,000 USD invested can even make a post more than 5 times a day? You ever use twitter or facebook? You make more than 5 interactions a fucking hour! This update unfairly charges us for things we HAVE to do, effectively being a tax on all steemians!

I don't like this either but I do feel that we should let this Update sync in a little and see what comes out. I am a Gamer and I know after every Big Updates in a Game there comes a short period of Time when things are unstable, but it gets fixed with further patches.
So currently I am waiting to see if this system works.
Think for a minute... RC = your life blood here.... Now following someone, commenting, updating your profile, just simple things that cost us Bandwidth before and not our VP cost us effectively our VP through RC...
So you think that I as a steemian want to waste my precious RC following you instead of just making posts, commenting (which costs RC) and then self upvoting??? The old system let me post for FREE and there was no reason to hoard RC.. NOW it is just a focus on how much can i keep my RC for myself! So basically if you want to exist here now you choose between following me back and another vote?!!! HOW does that make sense to anyone??? This new system is insane and only favors those who WANT to abuse the platform either as a whale by only upvoting and supporting their small group and/or for the rest of us by realizing we shouldn't bother following you but rather using that RC to upvote OURSELVES! This update only makes MORE reason to centralize the vote! FUCK @ned!

The new update is working fine..and RC is fast recovering with each comment..user with alt account are sufferring a lot due to their low sp...which limits them in further engagement on steemit

yah , i made a post there somewhere, i should probably login to see where it goes, thing is if it has the same public api it shouldnt be too hard to run a double blog, but they probably wont have steembasicincome or incinboost or steem-ua yet
