In my opinion binary options are pure gambling and I lost some money with it in the past. But yeah, do it. A new tool in the ecosystem is always good even if binary options are nothing for me :)
you are right it is gambling, except there would be no downside risk for upvoting, at the most you would be wasting your vote power that could have been used for some other content. But remember you could get a curation reward, which is the value you get for providing liquidity.
