I had a similar idea way back when. Always wanted to provide an avenue for people abroad to invest in the African economy. $50,000 is enough to build an apartment complex that would return about a minimum of $1000 a month after costs.
I would like to advance the project to other industry like drinking water. It starts to get complicated. Along with the housing, A rebate system for rental accommodation would provide an avenue for daily life interactions with the token.
