The red circle is your reputation score. The green score I'm not sure, but it looks like maybe a percentage raise on your profile.
Ok. I think I had read somewhere else that the number right next to your avatar is your reputation. Haven't heard anything about the other. I'm sure that's what it is or something similar. It's been bugging me. Lol
