So true. And lets not forget the antique debate of VHS vs. BETA, everyone knew BETA was a better tech, but still, VHS was widely adopted. Maybe it could be the same in the blockchain: EOS migth be a better machine, but if STEEM is smart enougth to get simpler for avarage joe, in terms of social media, STEEM would stay ahead of EOS in this niche.

@ned is a buisness guy, he is smart, if he manage to pull out SMT's, lots of crazy stuff will happen with the STEEM blockchain.
