How could you possibly buy steem power if the whitepaper says it's not transferable?
STEEM is cash, its liquid and can be sent and divided to 0.001, when you Power it up you lock it in. It takes 3 days to power down. I just sold Steem for sbd and transferred sbd to my savings. I might be adding a step here but this is my first time working it out.
