I find it hard to see Steem staying below 0.50 for much longer with all the new applications. Someone powered up 6 million steem last week.

Don't forget that STEEMIT account powered down most of their STEEM, so perhaps they are simply powered up them now on another account
It was one of the first accounts ever created (2016-03-31) and has been powering down since a month after that. It powered down 4 million steem apeil 27/16 and heres another clue from july 3 2016
