Steem hits over 1 million transactions, under 1% capacity used!

The Steem Blockchain has hit a record 1 million transactions in 24 hours and impressively, the network is not even breaking a sweat, with under 1% capacity used.

Incredibly, Bitcoin is sitting at just over 1 third of Steem's transaction volume, yet is at 100% network capacity, with many transactions remaining unconfirmed.

Ethereum has also hit the 1 million transaction mark but its network is also clogged, sitting at over 60% network capacity.

Just goes to show the incredible power of the Steem blockchain and the rapid adoption of the Steemit platform.
