I do not agree with this proposal. Steemit Inc needs to have those Steem available to delegate to large projects. Is that Steem would be better without Utopian? obviously not. I think that investors are more attracted to seeing a dynamic ecosystem than one with a central holder. The different delegations that Steemit Inc has made have allowed the development of impressive ideas that have given more value to the platform than having those Steem saved.
