u can look at steemnow before sending in, make sure it is not at 100% before u send it in, 100% voting power, other then that send anytime. YOu can send any amount.

Wow! good to know, but one thing that I don't really understand, the amount that I've to pay, I've seen in your comment you said that...can send any amount. So your service it's like Randowhale? about the same amount? I just try to understand your service better. Thank you.
