I think it is @cryptospa, and the biggest reason in my opinion is that it gets new steemians active on the blockchain.
When I made my first pushups video that was literally the first video I ever published online, that in turn gave me the courage to make videos on Dtube.
Now if this helps new Steemians and they feel that they succeed, they are very likely to start recruiting their friends and Steem will grow.
There are also 2 more things, and firstly you get much more visibility towards other Steemians and more engagement, and secondly it does make Steem more visible to other blockchain people on Twitter.
