How to - Send Steem from poloniex to Steemit made easy

I've looked for this answer everywhere and always find allot of posts with technical explanations that seem confusing. If you want to transfer Steem from your Ploniex exchange here are the steps as easy as it looks.

Step 1: Log in to Poloniex and click on the withdraw link next to the Steem.

Step 2: Copy your MEMO code on steemit, and paste it in the memo section,

Step 3: Add your username eg. cryptoscout without the @ sign,

Step 4: Select the amount to transfer and submit.

Step 5: Confirmation e-mail and approve, there you have it and its done!
