[cryptomonitor TIPS] Create NEW STEEM account with delegation [TUTORIAL]

This is my first STEEM tutorial post.
Every week i will post at least one such post
to show you how you can get most of STEEM.
So, in this first post, we will discuss how to
create new STEEM account with delegation.
So, you will need to go to Steem Connect web service at:
https://v2.steemconnect.com/accounts/create
SteemConnect will help us to create new
STEEM account with delegation.
- Now, enter unique username.
- Note showed password down, and store it in a safe place. This is your MASTER PASSWORD
and you won't be able to obtain it later. - In STEEM, enter "0.500 STEEM". After account creation is finished, this will appear in your balance.
- Enter "29700.000000 VESTS" in VESTS filed (14.5 Steem Power delegation from YOUR account to the new account).
Important: make shure you have 0.5 STEEM and about 14.5 STEEM POWER minimum
After you fill this form, it should look similar to this:
- Click "Continue"
- Enter your existing account credentials and press "Sign in" button.
Congratulations, you are done with account creation !
Now, you can go to https://steemd.com/@youraccount
to see your new created account.
If you need to change your password, you can login to
Steemit.com, go to wallet / passwords and change your
password there.

Wow interesting to know about this. But does it mean only people who have 0.5Steem can use it? Because i actually have far below that and only have 3SP. Thanks for the information anyway.
Wait one can have more than one steemit account legally? Now makes me wonder out of the 800k+ accounts how many users really are there if steemians can have multiple accounts. Thanks.

What is the true and real steem benefit behind the creation of a new steem account with delegated steem? It sounds interesting and it appears to have the potentials of placating those of us who have missed out from when steem actually started.
