Netcoins Hype
Hey guys! With just less than 5 hours to go on the netcoins competition, Steem is out in front by nearly 1,500 votes, thus a real chance of winning this thing.
There's been a lot of people promoting this contest, especially @oracle-d and @acidyo who were the first two people I personally saw promote this contest.
Honestly, I don't personally understand the magnitude of this contest but I feel like it could create a bit of publicity for Steem which is very much welcome and needed, since I feel like we are one of the largest hidden gems of the blockchain world. Hopefully this can create a bit of a domino effect for us and spread the word of Steem!

I also wonder how much this contest will affect Steem, as I had never heard of Netcoins until the contest began. But any publicity is good publicity, right?
Yeahhh same. Honestly, if it was a more well-known/established site Steem probably wouldn't even have a chance. However, hopefully netcoins is also just a hidden gem. Hopefully Netcoins and Steem can work together to create a better future for both platforms!
