Smart Media Tokens or SMTs as they rightly called are going to be the game changers. They are going to empower the decentralised apps to issue their crypto currency on steem blockchsin and facilitate IPOs. I would expect the SMTs to be simple process, which should not be limited to developers alone.
Any person who runs his wordpress blog should also be enabled to run his ico on the platform and should be integrated as plugin. The ease with which steempress integrates with wordpress, a single plugin should facilitate the owners of wordpress blogs to issue their coins and come out with their own ico
