Why STEEM is stuck on $0.16
STEEM has been stuck on 16 cents for about 2 weeks. Is this because there is so little interest it has come to the point there are no buyers and no sellers? It's back to an absurdly narrow range of 3 years ago when no one knew about it but a few thousand people. So basically there are about 2,000 naively optimistic people still holding there shares and praying something will happen while the rest of the world could care less.
Good point, pretty sure there's a reasonable amount of people who dislike the new system and made bank in the old system that are now thinking they done with this and cashing in their chips. Over the last 4 years, we've handed out tokens to the majority of the people who couldn't care less but to dump it for cash and cool that's fine it was to get recognition but it continued on and become a sort of mindless bot reward farm later and now I think it's turning a corner once again.
I don't mind the price at the moment, it allows me to gather more stake which Is really my only goal at the moment because I want more RC's to try out projects on the chain
Well, good luck with that, I understand very little but it's encouraging to hear such hope as I just keep sticking around for semi- unknown reasons. Peace
I would like to see it move up and believe it will, but I agree, accumulating here seems like the opportunity of a lifetime.

Steemit inc stopped selling for a few weeks, which should have helped with the downward pressure. Although bidbot owners are now dumping instead. The few '000 of us will meet up on a nice island when steem moons
