Most of the time people leave because of they either dont get it, or dont get enough support to "work" for.
We need to find ways that people feel more involved in projects, ways to earn more, feel appreciated, feel welcome. + even though Steemit has such a high Page Rank, regular content bloggers and affiliate marketeers hardly use our platform. There is still a market for that.
Many users are also here for a long time, and I think for many "writers block" is an issue. What to write about?
