Here is a semi-automatic process for p2p exchange !

• Look at in the replies of this post who agree to sell some steem to you at the rate indicate by http://coinmarketplace.com

• Check the rate today ! Warning , cryptocurrencies are VERY volatiles ! Have a look at the chart !

• Agree on a tool for $ or euro exchange with your seller, I suggest circle.com or advcash.com
  They do not apply fee for fiat transactions.

• Send $5 or 5 € to the seller (you can use larger steps if you both agree).

• Expect your steem back ! On your steemit account, look inside your wallet.

• Repeat as many time as necessary, up to $50.

• Notice here if the transaction has been fine or if your partner is an escrow !
