Great post @ericwilson! Rewarding the things that we want to see more of is what large SP holders have to do to keep this engine running.

When bringing new users on, as you said, it is very important to set the right expectation and not make empty promises. Be transparent, don't try to hype it up by setting unrealistic expectations for people, and I think we're on the right track.

Now is really a moment when, if you're in it for a short term cash grab, you're out of luck. But if you're here to actually build something, then the oportunities are here ready to be taken by the ones who have the motivation to work hard.
