[Streemian.com] Major Design Overhaul and User Options
It is our pleasure to announce the release of our newly designed web front-end on streemian.com.
The changes made on the webpage can be summarized as
- obsoleting the
bootstrapframework in favor ofsemantic-ui - integration of JavaScript libraries into the framework with cached static files
- added statistics and a list of recent announcements to the front page
- overhaul of the user profile and settings
- new settings for platform support
New Features
- curation trail premium queue: This puts your account in front of others in the same trail
- curation trail: The new user-specific settings enable trailers to define some conditions for their curators to follow their votes.
- ping: A notification service that sends out emails on events that concern your account
- scheduled posts: A service that publishes your press releases to STEEM on time

Under the hood
Many changes have been made in the last couple of weeks that improve the robustness, speed, throughput, and stability of the back-end processes that actually perform the hard work.
These include
- massive improvements in the curation throughout
- improved database scalability and speed
- more automation that reduce latency and improve usability
Platform Support Settings
In contrast to other platforms for automatic voting on STEEM, we have not used our customers Steem Power to increase visibility of our own content on STEEM. Going forward, we would like to improve our competitiveness and market penetration, and would like to tap into new markets by giving out customers a choice. Starting today, we offer our customers four choices of how they can support Streemian with their Steem Power, if they want to: Basic-, Self-Advertisement-, 3rd-Party Advertisement Support as well as Support for our parent company ChainSquad. The detailed description as well as a form to opt-out can be found in your profile page. We would like to emphasise that we will begin using our customers' Voting Power starting in January 2017 and thank you already today for your support.

Is it possible to view my own curation trail? I've got a bunch of accounts following my votes, and I'd like to see if they're following me via Streemian or from somewhere else.
It is possible, but I do not think I will add this feature anytime soon due to privacy concerns.
is the billing done is SBD? does it automatically come out of my account?
Billing is of course done in SBD, and only in SBD. However, streemian.com cannot (and will not be able to) withdraw funds from your blockchain account. Once your ordered something, you will be presented with payment details including a memo that will be used to identify payments and unlock the features. It usually takes about 30 seconds.
Cool! I normally wouldn't pay for this kind of stuff but the fact that it's SBD makes it super easy. I have also been trailing someone that has been winning the steembets on a regular basis, so this service may actually pay for itself! I saw an option for a discount code, are there any available?

I could tell, but not the public.
Anyways, since those posts are signed by the keys of
streemian, people could identify that those posts have been published by streemian, one or the other wayI noticed significantly less upvotes on scheduled posts versus just posting on here. It may just be a coincidence however.
