Have you considered putting a refresh button at the bottom of the list of articles/accounts? As of now, when I get to the bottom of the list, I have to scroll all the way back up to the top to refresh. Pressing F5 will also refresh, but this isn't an intuitive action--especially since I'm usually browsing this list with my mouse only and don't have my hands on the keyboard.
