I am so relieved. I finally got my SP back after stupidly delegating nearly all of it away.
As soon as I realized what I had done, I changed the delegation significantly, but it was too late! Changes in delegation don't take effect until SEVEN days have passed. Ok, I was fine with my error and chalked it up to acquiring know-how about these matters.
Until a couple of days ago, when I began to get bandwidth error messages -- trying to respond to people's comments! WTF???
At least now, the requisite seven days have passed, and things seem to have normalized, so I will begin answering all your comments (at least the ones that are interesting ;)), and UPVOTING the ones I like! Get at it, champs!
