Testing Software

Not sure if there is a testnet with say, N witnesses, testing it with some dummy transactions using something like tinman, caliper and other tools which will identify and prevent the following type of errors

So, I am here by resuming my witness server to operational etc and may may be if you are interested in a witness who can fix bugs in the code, do consider voting ;-)
