While this is definitely NOT going to win you many top 20 votes, it does earn my Witness vote. My greatest fear, and also realization, is that the HF did some serious ahrm to the new account.

I recognize that there was some intent behind ti, there's also a very difficult stumbling block for newbies and redifsh to grow an account now. Before HF20, newbies could spend energy and effort, commeting, to grow a following and eventually, their Rep and SP.

Now, with diminished RC and longer regen times, Newbies will take forever to build accounts, or more likely, get frustrated that their energies are being wasted, and move on to other platforms!
