So about 2 months ago, before prices had really crashed. I sold a little bit of steem, and was sitting on the money. I was waiting for the perfect thing to spend it on, and I found a really good one. 
So I spent the money on a pool fence. I needed to get one, and my daughter has just started crawling. I feel it was a priority that I make my house safe, and to avoid any potential accidents. So thank you steemit for the extra money to make my house safe.
It did not pay for it all, but it was a big help. Hope everyone else has something that they can spend a little steem on.

Doc said its mostly stress and poor eating habit...which im quite guilty of.
Stress is a killer, I wonder with out tech if life would be much less busy.
Without tech, i think it might have been worse
Oh, I could find a plethora of things to spend my Steem on. I have a few bigger items that I am hoping to save up for and enjoy. A big family trip is certainly on the list of things that I would like to do with it.
