Here is what ABC News Says.......

Answer: There are similarities and differences between anxiety and panic attacks. An anxiety attack often comes in reaction to a stressor. You're walking down a dark alley and hear footsteps, or you're at even the top of a rollercoaster and looking to go down that large hill.

An anxiety attack, people may feel fearful, apprehensive, may feel their heart racing or feel short of breath, but it's very short lived, and when the stressor goes away, so does the anxiety attack.

Panic attack on the other hand doesn't come in reaction to a stressor. It's unprovoked and unpredictable. And during a panic attack the individual is seized with terror, fear, or apprehension. They may feel that they're going to die, or lose control or have a heart attack. They have a host of physical symptoms which may include chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea. And in addition to these terrifying panic attacks, people start worrying about having the next one. So there's a lot of what's called anticipatory anxiety.

Also, they start avoiding places where they have a panic attack. So if they had one in a grocery store for example, they may stop going to the store. The good news is even though this is a very common disorder, it is very treatable.

I find that sharing of thought the sometimes all I need to do to assess the situation and take some of the burden away once I see it in print. Professional standpoint this seems to be a very affordable and manageable way to get feedback on anything you want more information about. The folks on steam it on more than willing to give opinions, self-destructive, some constructive with abandon.

It's kind of like running for office, if you want to know your whole history, your background, everything you've done good and bad, just run for office. I will guarantee you everything you wanted to know and everything you didn't want to know will be presented quickly. The same with Steemit. Put anything out there in a post and you will promptly be given the opinions you may or may not want. Having said that, it's not a bad thing.
Once you've got some steady information put out there you will find a group of followers who either like, or dislike what you have to say. So if you're feeling pretty low, or pretty good, just posted on steam it. Once you've done that sit back and wait, not for long.

The relatively short amount of time you will get comments, voting up and down for what you have posted. In many cases you are replying or comment about what you put posted.
So if you're feeling particularly stressed and dealing with anxiety or an aggravated state, panic. Are you gonna do is post your thoughts and you get a lot of people commiserating with you, and a lot of people saying "suck it up" "shut up and deal with it" "what the hell is wrong with you?", And many far less politically correct replies.

In essence, when you see what's bothering you in print you can probably wrestle through what has caused all the angst and figure it out for yourself. However, by disclaimer, is that this is a personal thought I'm sharing on steam it. I'm not sure if posting this is gonna make me feel better or worse… But right now it feels good just say what I'm thinking and hopefully some people may feel the same and tell me so.
So let me know you're thinking, good or bad, and I'll deal with it. Thanks for reading have a good day.
