I mean make a post on Steemit, the title of the post must be a question, the question can be about anything. Use the #asa tag in the post tags. @askanything will upvote the questions.
The tag is used to selected the post.
Transfer 50 % of your reward from the question post to @askanything.
@askanything will have more and more power to upvotes the next questions, the next weeks etc...
