yeah man its going to get SUPER real when Steem Hardfork 20 comes out VERY soon and allo2ws for instant user registration whiel also limiting new users to a cerytain amount of posts and comments per day UNTIL they buy or earn some Steempower, and why not? We don't want new accounts be ing allowed to just flood the blockchain I belioeve only peope with SP should be allowed to even post more than once a dya but new accounrts will have more freedom than this I am sure, but we WILl finally see some INSTANt accounts and Millions of accounts per Month then WEEK and we will see exponential growth and a LOT orf new Apps and front ends
Then Communities comes out and ALL Subreddits Migrate over to Steem just like Ethereum ERC20 tokens will migrate to EOS :D
Then we see HF21 and SMT s come out probobly late this year or early next year but we will all be having so much fun with HF20 New users and Communities that we will be content waiting another YEAR for SMTs, That won't be as important as the $50 Steem price we will experienmce later this year and seeing steem all over the news and hearing Rappers all talking about how much steempower and steem dollars they make off of posts of them getting head on Dlive LOL Imagine all the NSFW Porn focused versions of Dlive and Dtube that come out that wil use IPFS to host Porn to then get Upvoted on the steem blockchain, hahah rappers will be talking about getting paid to smOke WEED on Steem and this will make steem SO popular!
No one will use instagram or snapchat when steepshot becomes more advanced and we have a snapchat clone for steem with IPFS or Amazon or CDN video hosting, I mean the videos disapear after 24 hours so its actually perfect for our situation having to rely on video sharing that isn't quite premament without a lil extra work pinning fiules to IPFS haha so Snapchat woill be PERFECt foir steem!
I cannot WAIt to see the MASSIVE social media RIUSH of young people ALL making A LOT of money Posting And upvoting on steem!
Imagine eveyrone who decides to just BUY steempower to REALLy get ahead and gain influence in this new ecosystem, this is gong to beINCREDIBLE and with Steem at $20 then $50 it will be SO HARD to get up to 1000 steempower!
The whales will be seen as like large stock investors like warren buffet that you can't just match without going back in time. People like @thejohalfiles and @fyrtsikken will be see as investors who saw an early opprtunity to get steem cheap and took it and made more money than we can ever imagine on steem., but its OK because they're wealth allows for all of US to create wealth!
Even small minnows today will in the future with $50 steem have huige upvotes like whales have now! And whales of today with $300 Upvotes will have $10 maybe $20,000 Upvotes all in one click, the reward pool will be 50 million dollars a week instead of just 2 and we will see people feeling like they have WON the fucking LOTTERY when they get Future Whale upvotes at $50 Steem price! We will see people getting $100,000 Upvotes eventually , I mean the steemit account can already give $9000 Upvotes if it wanted to, Thankfullit doesn't thatd REALLy d"drian" the pool or make it feel like that! But just imagine when we have $1 MILLION dollar upvotes! It WILL happen Whales that have $1000 Upvotes today will have $1 million dollar upvotes if steem ever goes from $3 to $3000 and in 5-10 years that COULD happen , and so just imagine getting a million dollar upvote
Steem will become a life changing machine for so many people.
