These are very good tips but sadly the average netsurfer will never do this because it's just too much.
If they were forced to do these to be able to use internet, they would ask a friend to do all of this for them
or they would just stop using internet.
I know, hence the comment about losing 95% of the audience.
This is not written for the average netsurfer (who will not bother) nor for the expert (who already knows).
There is a giant sea in between. People who understand the value of all this technology and would like to use it better.
