I think that it would be a good idea to bring in more advertisements over to steemit.
It would be pretty cool if similar to sites like google you could enable advertisements but you could also choose certain advertisements which appeal to you which not only benefits you but also your follower base as they get advertisement which will be narrowed towards them.
It will be great in the long term.
Let's see if this will come to Steemit. I've seen some users already do it manually at the footer of their posts
