I like what abh12345 proposed. But, if I have to pick one of the three options then... After reading a bunch of comments I would go with #1.

Seems like there's still a lot fishy going on and I think we should keep our leverage until better negotions happen and perhaps a contract can be worked out since there seems to be such a lack of trust.
