I think we will have to agree to disagree. He was rewarded and continues to act as such. Benjmiller222 sent him steem "a little steem for a little reputation" or someone did and claimed it was benjmiller222 so hes been rewarded for whatever behavior he has that had any semblance of being human but for the most part. No. I think not. He is not a child. He is an abuser. A stalker. A harasser and all of the above and is a blight on this community. There is nothing he could contribute that would make anything hes done to the women here better. Unfortunately, there is always one person that ruins it for everyone else and he's it.
