New twitter stats give STEEM and SBD new boost...

Yesterday, thanks to my carefully worded email, the ranking of STEEM and SBD on CoinGecko's crypto chart was given a boost as they updated the Alexa ranking to be based on steemit.com rather than steem.io. This put SBD and STEEM in the number 1 and number 2 spots for 'Public Interest', ahead of Bitcoin in third place.

Today I've noticed the twitter stats have also updated to follow @steemit rather than @steemchain. See the green ovals in the screenshot. Twitter followers for both are now at 23854, rather than yesterdays 0 for STEEM, and just 1191 for SBD. This means SBDs Community score has jumped from 45 to 48, and STEEMs has jumped ten points from just 9 to 19.

Still missing the reddit data...

Comparing the red circles we can see that the reddit based scores are yet to update. When they do STEEM will have a Community score identical to SBD.

STEEM is already ranked 23rd overall thanks to the boost from yesterday and today, and having the correct Community stats should see it leap-frog Bitcoin Cash, and possibly a few others, higher up the rankings. It will be nice to see by how much. We'll have to wait for the reddit stats to update, as it will depend on how these stats are weighted...
