Well, 6 folks voted you including yourself, and there was an extra which voted you negatively so it's counted like you have 5 votes. A down-vote takes a vote, it doesn't add up. It's showing .02 because my vote is usually worth .02 to new posts, the value of each vote is determinated by the amount of SteemPower(VESTs) one has. You should just search the terms i mentioned for a deeper comprehension of the terms, there is many great posts out there :).
