That's a good idea. Steem will contribute to blockchain.
Have you heard of Scorum.com? A chain like Steemit, but content on sports is being prepared. Scorum has a betting exchange called betscorum.com. Can you design this for Steemit?

Steemit is not a chain. Steem is a blockchain, and Steemit is a dApp (decentralized application) on the Steem blockchain.
