Electricity may not be readily available and access to the internet could be shut down, depending on where you might be, the usb stick will be easier to conceal.
That's true. And also, i am not sure if a technically competent people will know how to access the crypto in it.
Indeed, if you didn't need access to the crypto it could be a way to try and keep something for when the crisis ends.
If you survive, if things recover, if the market persists.
I'd rather take the gold, it's a tradable item among the masses, crypto is not known to the average Joe and in a crysis (which is not defined) electricity and internet connection are questionable therefore the USB essentially worthless.
