Afraid of Tron?

Hi,

I avoided the acquisition of Steem Inc by Justin Sun on a purpose. Wanted to see the reaction and the scenarios that people have thinking about.

Well, I see a lot are afraid of a token swap or integration of the Steem network to Tron. This I think it is not the case, as it will dilute a lot of shares on both blockchains and it will annoy a lot of investors.

Also, there are discussion to counter the votes being it witness votes or upvotes/downvotes of the new stakes. Well, nobody minded pumpkin/freedom till now.

And my question here is what if? Why shall he not use his stake. He paid a bunch of money for it, at least he shall be able to use it.

Well, if you think this will hurt or destroy Steem, just think about it, he invested the most in Steem from us all in here and I think from a sane point of view, that he will try to tenfold his investment not destroy it.

If you want to counter him, just buy Steem, so much as you can. This will help anyone as it will increase the price. Till then, I will not argue of what he can do or can't do with his stake. Let's say he paid 10 millions for it, only someone with the same investment could counter him.

I don't see so many millions pouring in the Steem network.

Of course, there is the danger of getting power blindness, which can be a killer.If he get's surrounded by good intended people that can also signal such problems, I think it shall be fine.

What we can do is only to see everything as neutral as it can get. He did not buy Steem as a blockchain, please keep that in mind.
