You made a pledge to protect the community. Would you, or your team, or someone else (with substantial power) who understands/agrees that this is not right (cloning people's content/intellectual property without their consent) please look into what can be done?
I am thinking it would be appropriate to start with a "cease and desist" to give them an opportunity to take immediate corrective action? Followed by a class-action suit if they don't?
