can you explain how blocktrades is able to send steempower like how we all send steem or sbd, without having to upvote content of the person they wanna give the SP to???!?!

I have no way to send steempower in the wallet...so how does blocktrades!!??!

How is this possible? And why isnt anyone asking this question!!?? What the heck can blocktrades do that our steemit accounts cant? Honestly what are they doing that allows them to send SP when all we can send is STEEM and SBD!?!?!

Is Blocktrades given some special code or acception because of its status as being created by same people!!??
I have googled this and cant find an answer!

How does blocktrades do this! And also why would i benefit from converting steempower from blockchains when i can just power up on steemit itself to get my SP? Because it takes too long? but its instant!?!?! is this just a way to avoid using bitcoins with slow speeds or poloniex to buy steem or SBD?
