STEEM on Poloniex, wtf!

How long is 'Temporarily Disabled'? What does that even mean?

Has it been disabled 7 days or am I just really unlucky and keep signing into Poloniex at the wrong time?

I understand that sometimes there may be a need to intercede with a coin and temporarily disable it, during forks for example but some information to that effect would be appreciated.

Currently in the UK a google search for temporarily disabled offers the suggestion temporarily disabled poloniex on autocompletion as the second option.

Seriously Poloniex, how hard would it be to make the 'Temporarily disabled' text a link with a little information about what this actually means and in doing so restore a little trust in an exchange I'm rapidly losing faith in.

Rant over

Cheers

Chris

Welcome to Poloniex, where they'll screw you over and leave you hanging. It's been like this for a while and I don't see the situation improving anytime soon

It's the lack of information that's frustrating. Coinbase is the same but I guess its the mechanism that teaches people not to leave their currency on the exchanges ;)
