ECLAIRS

Material:
250 ml of liquid milk
100 gr butter
25 gr margarine
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
125 g medium protein flour
4 eggs

Filling:
200 ml whipping cream liquid, shake stiff, add 1 sachet sweetened condensed milk, mix well with spatula.

Topping:
Dark Cooking Chocolate to taste, melt by way of steam.
Sprinkle

How to make:

  1. Warm up the liquid milk, butter, margarine, sugar, salt, with a small fire while stirring until the butter melts. Turn off the fire.
  2. Enter the flour, stirring until blended. Light a small fire, stir again until the dough is smooth. Lift and let warm.
  3. Move to the container, insert eggs one by one while dimixer dngn medium speed until blended.
  4. Put the dough in a piping bag that is given a syringe. Spray on a thinly baked sheet of margarine.
  5. Oven with temperature 200'C for 30 minutes until cooked, marked dngn no more margarine froth. Do not open the oven until the eclairs mature. Adjust the temperature of the old n baked with oven condition msg2 yes.
  6. Slth ripe cool in the cooling rack. Take 2 pcs then cup, middle give filling. Then top it dipped into dcc melts n sprinkle 👌
