Hello everyone, how are you doing I hope you are doing just fine. I am writing on the contest that's all about a post on work of art of your choice: drawings, crafts, or photographs. But I will choose drawing as what I will be doing for my Entry.

Make a drawing, craft, or photograph of your choice.

I choose drawing as my choice. I drew a picture of myself because that day I was looking for something to draw and I decided to choose a picture of mine to draw. I choose not to stay idle without drawing.

Make a post with a minimum of 300 words

First of all, I started with my 12B pencil drawing those vertical and horizontal line also known as grid line which helps in location of facial features. I started by making some sketches from the head tie, the ears, drawing something light lines starting from the next to the right hand of the shoulder and also the same thing for the left hand side. The next step I did was to complete the light for the hand and cloth I wore. Moving over to the face still with my 12B pencil I started drawing the eyebrows following grid line, drew the eye some lines on the eyelid, drew the nose giving two small holes to make it look real as if I am breathing and lastly the teeth and the mouth.

After that, I placed a sharpener to the tip of my pencil, under it was a white rough paper, sharpened the tip of the pencil to get the lead so as to use. I picked up my small brush and took a small piece of the pencil lead and starting blending the forehead of the drawing and also the whole face and the hand lightly.

I carried my charcoal pencil and shaded the upper part of the lips and did the same thing for the eyebrows. My next step was the cloth I wore. I shaded the cloth I wore wholeheartedly with my charcoal pencil very well till the beauty was out. I blended it with my brush and I looked shinny. I went back to the face to complete the facial features. I drew the black part of the eye with Charcoal pencil and using my sketch eraser pencil to lighten some. Deepen the two holes with my charcoal pencil and shaded it with my brush. Finally I used my sketch eraser pencil to do my final finishing by making some places in the face to be either light or darker that is erasing it and doing the same thing for the hand and using the pencil lead with my brush to shaded the background of the drawing and bolding the drawing with the 12B pencil to complete everything.
