    What do you suggest to set posts at 100% or 50/50?

      As long as the Steem Backed Dollar is trading over $1.00 USD then 50/50 is your best bet. But don't use the internal conversion to buy steem, as long as the main witnesses are setting their bias in favor of the SBD you will not get a fair price.

      You'll be better off to send the SBD over to: https://blocktrades.us/ and exchange it for Steem Power directly.
