Buffet 101 Mandaue
Let me introduce to you Buffet 101 Mandaue located at City Time Square. Buffet 101 is a popular eat all you can buffet that offers variety of international dishes and cuisine including Japanese sushi and sashimi, Chinese dimsum , hot pot and soups, fresh seafoods, cakes and ice cream, salads, and unlimited drinks.
I also took some sushi , salmon , and Mizo soup. A recall on my past experience in Japan. And dig it with soy sauce and wasabi. I also pair it with pickled ginger.
You pick your own combination of raw meats, seafood, noodles, vegetables, and assorted fish balls at the display counter. Then hand your raw selection to the station chef and choose your preferred broth base (such as clear, spicy, or laksa), and they flash-cook it fresh for you on the spot. This was one of my exciting experience.
After a massive eating on different meal, Buffet 101 also has plenty selection of desserts , salads ,ice cream, and cakes. My best choice was fruit cake.
After savoring down different dishes it's time to relax and sip a cup of tea. Make you favorite blends using dried ingredients like hibiscus, jasmine, goji berries, rosemary and dates. There are also basic hot teas and coffee provided.
I visited Buffet 101 last July 17, 2026 with my co workers. We paid 1,000 pesos each. It was plan of dining out together and unique sense of contentment because it's eat all you can buffet and all foods were delicious.
