Right. I noticed the price at one point and it was in the low $0.11 cent area, and I was already wondering what was going on? Then like an hour or two later I glanced again, and it was $08.2! Then I saw the exchanges' slow response announcements on Twitter, and realized it was happening everywhere.

Interesting that the date yesterday was the 10th of the month, since I just wrote this in the monthly closing price report:

If I'm not mistaken, it appears that the September closing price of $0.117176 was STEEM's 2nd lowest monthly close of all times. The only lower month was $0.099 in February, 2017, when the price was on the way to its all time low on March 10.

So, after the lowest-ever monthly close, the closing price bottomed out on the 10th of the next month (at $0.072). Here's hoping that October 10th was another bottom...
