I am happy to have reached this fifth week of learning with instructor @walictd in the “Learn to Be a YouTuber” program, and I am also grateful because I take away valuable lessons from each class.

This time, I learned how valuable it is to understand YouTube statistics and use this knowledge for our future.

Without further ado, I will leave my participation below.

The first task is channel analysis.

After launching my YouTube channel Estudio, I went to Analytics and set about studying the data. It was surprising because I wasn't familiar with the view, time, and audience sections of YouTube.

  • View:
  • As for my channel's views, although I have only uploaded three videos because I created this channel for the purpose of participating in this challenge and also to have a channel dedicated to Steemit, I can report that out of the three videos, which are the only ones I have uploaded, I increased my views by 39 points compared to the first video; in fact, it is 225% more than the previous days.

I know that the video has had few views; however, I know that it is on the rise, which fills me with satisfaction, and when I start posting more often, I am confident that this will improve.

  • Audience:
  • I can see that, thanks to the improvement in thumbnails and titles, the audience has increased, which fills me with satisfaction, since when we follow the instructor's steps, we can improve our channel.

  • Time:
  • In terms of viewing time, I can say that I have 321% more than in previous days and the percentage is 0.6%, which leads me to believe that I have been improving since the first video. I suppose this is due to the attractive thumbnail and title that manages to grab users' attention.

This makes it clear to me that I need to post more often. Although I said I would post weekly, I need to do it more continuously. I think every other day would be good, always taking into account attractive thumbnails and content related to the topic written in the video upload.

I was also able to see the type of content that users like, as I had more views on one of them.

The second task related to the upcoming content plan for my three videos.

Taking into account the results of my analysis, below is the plan I have for the upcoming videos.

  • First Video:
  • Topic: Registering on the Steemit platform.

The step-by-step guide shows users how easy it is to register on Steemit, encouraging them to follow the steps and motivating them to remain active on the platform

When it comes to passwords, many people are afraid of registering, but I want to convey through this video that there is nothing complicated about it; it is up to the user to maintain the security of these access tools.

  • Second video:
  • Topic: How to post on Steemit.

My second topic would be to show the step-by-step process for publishing on the Steemit platform and the importance of HTML codes. It is important for each user to understand that writing on the platform is not complicated.

When I was told about the Steemit platform, the first thing they told me was that HTML codes are bad; however, I took a chance and so far I have stuck with it.

There are techniques; in my case, I have the codes, I just copy and paste and enter my writing, and that is something I want to convey and show in my video.

  • Third video:
  • Topic: How to post videos on Speen.

My third topic within the platform would be how to upload a video on Speen because it is a new feature within the Steemit platform for all users and it is something that is on the rise, as it is also a different option to YouTube for sharing videos.

The most influential platform that exists, in my opinion, is YouTube; however, we have this new feature within the platform, and I hope to be able to show and recommend Speen, which is an option for those who do not like to post on YouTube.

In general, I believe that one of the things I need to improve is that the thumbnail should be attractive, have really eye-catching titles, and publish every day or every other day to achieve my goal.

I also need to play with the colors of the thumbnails, creating contrasts to attract attention, and those colors should be attractive colors.

There are many YouTubers who have achieved success thanks to their perseverance and dedication. Looking through the channels, I found many of them that are still on the rise, of which I will mention three.

  • Yolo Aventuras
  • Chanel.

This YouTuber has a total of 65.9 million subscribers; his channel is dedicated to challenges, pranks, and fun.

His thumbnails are brightly colored, which makes the video presentation eye-catching, and something that caught my attention is that he posts every other day or daily.

Most of his videos are no longer than 20 minutes.

    - I believe that I should post more often, as recommended by the instructor, as well as allow a re asonable amount of time for people to enjoy the video and not get bored by its length.

-I also think that thumbnails should be clear and attractive with bright colors, which is what I see in most of his posts. His thumbnails feature fuchsia, blue, yellow, and purple colors.

  • Juega Germán.
  • Chanel.

This YouTuber has a total of 64.4 million subscribers, posts every two or three days, and his channel is dedicated to online and offline games.

I am struck by the gestural aspect of his thumbnails, which attract his target audience. He also uses striking colors in his thumbnails, such as red, blue, and apple green, which makes them more attractive.

His videos are engaging, and he has an office decorated with gaming themes.

    - I think I should find a way to improve the setting where I record; it's difficult because I'm not at home and I have many limitations at my aunt's house, but I'll do my best.

    - Anyway, I'll try to improve the colors I use in my thumbnails and try to be more dynamic in my videos.

  • Luisito Comunica.
  • Chanel.

This YouTuber has 45.3 million followers. I love his videos because they allow you to learn about many countries around the world.

This YouTuber travels extensively around the world, showing us spectacular places and the reality of each one: the positive and negative aspects.

I spent a long time watching his videos because I love them. His thumbnails show photographs of the countries he has visited, but I think the most attractive thing is his titles, which grab the attention of users.

    - I would love to learn from him how to title videos to attract viewers to my channel and get them to subscribe.

Although the channels I chose for inspiration are unrelated to my niche, they have a lot to offer in terms of strategies and digital marketing, from which I can learn a great deal.
